The night before Halloween

Our family night was cutting out our pumkins. It was a blast. We found these little pegs to push into the pumkins to make little kittens,bats, etc. Then you put lights inside to light the pumkins up. It was pretty cool. Something different, since I'm really not good with cutting out the pumkin. Also my cousin came over to help the kids which was a great help. Curtis was our strong man who put the holes in the pumkins. Chason well he slept through everything.


Chelsa had a blast helping Canyon turn his pumkin into a bat. I wish I had the pictures to show you how my little man just put his hands into the pumkin and pulled out all the seeds. It was cute cause Coral was next to him making faces and saying gosh.




Coral had a very tiny little pumkin that she turned into a kitten.


This was wonderful family night together.

GOOD BYE IVY

Yesterday our family put Ivy to sleep. She lived a wonderful 12 years. The last few months Ivy had been pretty sick. We had brought her in the vets about 2 months ago to be put down and the vet said we could keep her if we kept her on meds. We believe the last few days the infection had come back. She wasn't able to walk without help and was crying alot. It was a very tough decison, with the cold whether and all the steps in our house we decided to let her go home in peace. The kids seem to be okay. Coral a little more upset but feels a little better knowing one day she'll see her again. Canyon I think is still a little young and will have questions in a couple of days. My mom and cousion Chelsa took the kids for ice cream and kept them pretty busy for us. Thank you both for all the help. On a cute note. When Curtis and I went to moms to get the kids. Coral asked if we drove to Heaven and wanted to know way it didn't take that long.

Chason's into everything!!!!

Curtis and I were talking in the kitchen as we were cooking dinner and I turn around to see what the kids are doing. Canyon and Chason are both in the cabinet getting food out for themselves. Chason had a stick in his mouth already when I looked. That smile gets me everytime. By the way all the cabinets are locked. My boys...

I'm really happy to say I have two wonderful dad's. This is one of them. He sent me a picture from where he lives in Guam enroute to Tinian. I never knew the security they took for riding in a helicopter. Makes me think twice about riding in one (EVER).

CHASON'S 9 MONTH CHECK-UP

Chason looks like a big boy but the results are in. We had our 9 month check up appointment today. To give you update on what Chason is able to do now. He crawls everywhere very fast. He's able to hold on to anything and walk from one thing to another. The other day at grandma he took his first two steps by himself to his daddy. He's eating all the food he can get his hands on. Loves playing with his siblings and really enjoys talking to everyone. His first word was mama. Ya, Coral and Canyon said dada first. So his weight was 19.8 which comes in at 45% and his length is 27 3/4 and comes in at 30%. Who really pays attention to the growth charts anyways. LOL The down side today is Chason does have a little cold. That what's happens when you have to pre-schoolers.

His head seems to be the biggest part of his body. At 70% we're looking at a genius.

Just waiting for the doctor to come back in. Chason is also getting his flu shot today. I wasn't able to get any pictures cause my little prince was crying. As you can see before the shot he was very happy:-)

This was Canyon's fire truck that Pepe give him for Christmas when he was one. Canyon really isn't ready to let go of the truck, but Chason loves it. He gets the back and walks the halls with it. He's almost big enough to ride with no help.

Chason is able to sit all by himself now. He really loves going to the park and crawling around the ground.

1. Coral favorite thing to do is swim. She would love to be in the water 24/7 if we would let her. When at Pepe's (my dad house in FL) she wakes up early in the morning meets my dad outside by the pool and swims all day. I call her my little fish.
2. Canyon he’s good at just about anything he puts his hands on. Since about 6 months old he's loved to play ball. It started out with basketball, than baseball, golf, football you get the picture. I call him my superstar.
3. Chason he loves his sister and brother. He throws his hands up in the air and crawls as fast as lighting to pile on top of them.
4. Coral loves listen to music. She loves to stand in front of an audience as she dances and sings her little heart out. She just really enjoys making people smile.
5. Canyon 100% all BOY...I really never understood the meaning of that. Until Canyon jumped into a pile of mud, made big sounds from his body and laughed so hard he had to share it with the world. Just always going from not being scared of jumping in the air or riding his bike with the legs in the air than at the end of the day needing to be in mommy’s arms.
6. Chason the sweetest thing this from in his life is when he sees his daddy. He throws his head back and flips it forward several times with this smile that's to die for. As like his sister he smiles 90% of the time.

Another FUN weekend

Our family had another great fall weekend at Reynolds Farm. We were lucking to be able to share the day with our friends Chad & Trish and there two boys,Ethan & Austin. Also two wonderful little girls Tori and Haley our nieces.


My baby boy was having a blast..he loves playing with the older kids.

Curtis and Chad had bike race and showing the kids a little grown up fun. I think they had more fun than the kids.

Ethan and Canyon really enjoyed riding around with the bikes that's when the big kids weren't playing.lol

Haley spent the whole day next to Uncle Curtis enjoying the bikes and feeding the animals.

Tori had a blast climbing up the hill and racing down the slide.

I believe this is Coral's favorite, it's a bumpy ride down.


Our day ended when the farm was closing and the kids all climbing into the basket so their little feet didn't have to walk anymore.
